Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will fulfill a range of clinical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Directly engaging with clients experiencing mental health issues to assess needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address specific presenting problems.

• Implementing brief, evidence-based screenings and determining the necessity for more comprehensive evaluations.

• Collaborating effectively with clinical teams to support common goals and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

• Maintaining professional ethical standards in line with organizational guidelines and relevant laws.

• Participating in crisis intervention and on-call coverage as necessary during and after program hours.

• Tracking client progress and documenting all assessments and treatment outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
