Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that delve deep into clients' mental health concerns, enabling you to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy sessions—whether individual, group, or family therapy—using a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to meet each client's unique needs and treatment goals.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring a safe and supportive space during their most vulnerable moments.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, to comply with ethical standards and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the State of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
