Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Trinity Health Behavioral Center, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment practices when providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy.

• Engage in crisis intervention and provide crisis management solutions to clients facing acute mental health challenges.
\n
• Coordinate care and collaborate with a licensed psychologist, nurse practitioner, or physician to ensure comprehensive support for patients.
\n
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and relevant client communications using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights on case management and best practices to enhance patient care.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, ensuring the highest standards of practice for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals with mental health disorders, couples seeking relationship guidance, and families grappling with various challenges. You will also work with clients who may have dual diagnoses, requiring a nuanced and integrated approach to their mental health and addiction issues.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid LMFT license issued by the state of Pennsylvania, allowing for the practice of marriage and family therapy.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services to a diverse patient population.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
