Strategic Client Manager / Staffing & Recruiting

The Role As an Account Manager, you will manage an existing book of clients and drive direct-hire placements. You are not recruiting and you are not performing sales functions. You are not building a desk from scratch. We have a sales team and a recruiting team handling those functions. Your job is to take and qualify job orders, manage client relationships, partner with recruiters, submit qualified candidates and close placements. You are given clients, job orders, candidates, recruiters, tools, training, and a proven niche. Your job is to connect the dots and monetize the activity. Why This Role Is Different Our model is specialized. We cut out the red take and eliminate the number of steps kicking deals over the finish line. Account Managers stay focused on the highest-value parts of the job: client relationships, search qualification, candidate matching, interview management, and closing business. We also invest in technology, automation, templates, workflows, and internal support so our team can move faster with fewer wasted steps. Compensation Base + Commission structure with guaranteed pay increases outlined in your offer letter.
