Key Responsibilities\n

  Deliver Virtual Counseling Services: Provide therapeutic sessions through secure telehealth platforms, working with clients from diverse backgrounds to facilitate mental health support.

  Offer Individual Counseling: Conduct focused individual therapy sessions that address a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship challenges, and stress management.

  Create Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess client needs through detailed evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

  Monitor Progress: Track and document client progress throughout their treatment journey, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective, goal-oriented therapy.

  Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Engage with other healthcare professionals within our organization to provide comprehensive care, ensuring that clients receive referrals to specialists when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults in a telehealth format, serving a broad spectrum of clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clientele includes individuals seeking support for everyday stressors as well as those dealing with more significant mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

  An active license to practice as LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC within the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
