Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, particularly Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients aiming for stress management and improved mental well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify individual stressors, personal challenges, and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness practices to meet their specific needs.

• Guide clients in mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques that cultivate self-awareness, facilitate emotional balance, and enhance coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n
