Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that include measurable outcomes.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing a wide array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to client care, integrating various perspectives and resources.

• Engage in crisis intervention with clients in acute distress, demonstrating professionalism and empathy while employing de-escalation strategies and safety planning.

• Participate in community outreach to promote mental health awareness, aid in the reduction of stigma, and contribute to community educational initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse client populations, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families experiencing a myriad of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will work directly with individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, enhancing your cultural competence and skill set in addressing unique client needs.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as one of the following:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, capable of effectively relating to clients from various backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to best practices in clinical care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, including outpatient practices, is preferred.

• Experience in providing specialized therapies or working with specific populations, such as veterans, children, or individuals with substance use disorders, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
