Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and backgrounds.

• Deliver individual and family therapy tailored to each client’s identified therapeutic goals, using techniques grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Manage documentation comprehensively by completing treatment plans, billing information, and insurance authorization forms timely to ensure smooth operations.

• Develop critical crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to support clients in maintaining stable functioning.

• Create and execute discharge plans that facilitate a successful transition for clients as they progress in their journey toward mental wellness.

• Uphold compliance with all current federal and state regulations, as well as adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by seeking out training and continuing education opportunities to maintain licensure and competencies.

• Participate actively in case consultation and agency meetings to ensure continuity of care and knowledge sharing among staff.

• Complete all mandatory training and licensure requirements to ensure ethical and effective practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that results in eligibility for licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
