Communications CoordinatorAs a Communications Coordinator, you will help manage all correspondence areas between management, committees and the board of directors.Your Responsibilities:Understand community association operations, governing documents and processes and procedures.Draft and distribute weekly lifestyle electronic newsletter.Update, maintain, and coordinate information displayed on the association websiteSend meeting noticesPost minutes, contracts, and other documentation to portal and server.Update digital signage players inside the Community Center.Host Zoom and virtual meetings as needed.Put together monthly management update based on information provided by other members of the team to send to the Board of Directors.Assist the Lifestyle Director in coordinating the distribution of information related to lifestyle events hosted by the community.Create marketing materials as needed for the promotion of various events and activities.Assist Lifestyle Director with aspects of Ticket Tailor event registrationMonitor Ballroom Rental Events as neededCross-Train on front desk supportOther duties as assignedSkills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or similar disciplineStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience working with a team and independentlyCapable of delivering an exceptional level of service to our clientsHigh level competency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & ExcelPreferred efficiency in Canva and Constant ContactExcellent organizational skills and project managementExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Advanced written communication skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Knowledge of basic accounting/budgeting procedures.Ability to work under pressure, to adjust to constant changes, to handle multiple tasks, and to coordinate the work of others.Ability to keep complex records, to assemble and organize data of complex nature, and to prepare and submit reports in acceptable formats and in a timely mannerAbility to conceptualize, plan and organize multiple programs and assignments effectively.Ability to work on complex and confidential tasks utilizing judgment, tact, and resourcefulness.Skill in developing and maintaining good working relationships.What We Offer:As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision.
