Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, utilizing our proprietary assessment tools.

• Provide individualized and family therapy, tailoring sessions to the specific needs identified during assessments.
\n
• Complete essential documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to help clients maintain stability.
\n
• Create effective discharge plans that support clients in transitioning out of services smoothly and sustainably.
\n
• Adhere strictly to federal and state laws, as well as NEHS policies to uphold the highest professional standards.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, supervision, and continuing education to enhance skills and maintain licensure.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing insights and best practices to enhance collaborative care.
\n
• Fulfill all licensure requirements and mandatory training sessions to maintain professional standing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families dealing with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to connect culturally and empathetically with clients will be instrumental in guiding them toward positive outcomes and achieving wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Required: A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field that aligns with licensing requirements.

• Licensure: Must hold a valid and recognized license as a Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
