Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold an active, unrestricted license to practice independently in your state, recognized licenses include: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with proven experience managing a diverse caseload.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic disposition, allowing for effective client engagement.

• Strong computer literacy to efficiently use our counseling portal and maintain detailed client records.

• A dedicated workspace that ensures compliance with privacy and confidentiality guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, you can benefit from a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000, which acknowledges the value you bring to our team. Our compensation package includes weekly direct deposit, along with a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, supporting your well-being.
