End User Support Analyst - II

We provide low‑power, cost‑efficient sensors paired with LPWA networking technologies to help clients reduce recurring costs of operating IoT networks. Job Description Location: Basking Ridge, NJ, USA Responsibilities The candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to the Fulcrum, CATS Enterprise Asset Management software, which is integrated with the PeopleSoft ERP system. The role includes managing and resolving diverse help desk inquiries and escalating issues to secondary levels, following up with customers, providing feedback, and ensuring problems are seen through to resolution. Qualifications Minimum 1 year Tier1 help desk experience Associate's Degree required Ability to work flexible schedules (no telecommuting) Previous experience in application support Previous network inventory, supply chain, or asset management experience Strong oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills Detail‑oriented work ethic Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with support teams Good project‑management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Strong knowledge of inventory life cycle Preferred: 2 years of wireless telecommunications experience Familiarity with PeopleSoft ERP application (Purchasing, Inventory, or Asset Management) – minimum 6 months Familiarity with Fulcrum – CATS system preferred Experience with Remedy preferred Experience preparing and delivering application training Proficiency in MS Excel, Project, PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexibility and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and execute project handoffs #J-18808-Ljbffr
