Pipeline & Growth Lead

Overview Notch empowers brands to grow their business through next-gen autonomous customer experience. We’re looking for an ABM Lead to set the vision, strategy, and execution for our marketing efforts, focusing on demand-gen, sales enablement, and ABM marketing. Notch is building a platform for building and managing agentic AI that connects customer and employee interactions with back-office systems to automate complex workflows end-to-end. We’re growing quickly and investing heavily in how we bring the right customers into our pipeline. We’re looking for a Pipeline & Growth Lead to own that effort and build the systems, campaigns, and motions that drive real pipeline growth. This is not a traditional demand generation role. You will not be measured on channel-specific metrics or vanity numbers. You will be measured on one thing: getting the right prospects into pipeline. You’ll own how we generate demand across channels, from paid and events to highly targeted outbound, and work closely with marketing, sales, product, and external partners to make it happen. This is a high-ownership, highly executional role for someone who thinks in outcomes, not channels. Compensation: $140,000-$185,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus equity and benefits. What You’ll Do What You’ll Do Own pipeline generation — Lead the strategy and execution for bringing high-quality prospects into pipeline. Focus on pipeline quality over volume, and continuously test and improve how we attract and convert the right audiences. Build and run ABM and targeted GTM plays — Identify high-value accounts and segments, then create focused campaigns to engage them. Partner closely with sales on targeting, outreach, and conversion. Drive multi-channel demand strategy — Set direction across paid, email, events, field marketing, and outbound-supporting efforts. Allocate time and budget based on what drives results, while staying focused on pipeline outcomes. Execute at a high level — Launch campaigns end-to-end, from idea to build to rollout to iteration. Move quickly, stay hands-on, and step in wherever needed to keep momentum high. Work closely with sales and prospects — Align tightly with sales on ICP, pipeline quality, and conversion. Support meetings, events, and prospect conversations when needed, and stay close to what is happening in the field. Collaborate across the team — Partner with product marketing on messaging and positioning, work with design to bring campaigns to life, and collaborate with agencies and external partners across projects. Operate as a marketing athlete — Take ownership beyond any single channel or function. Do whatever it takes to drive pipeline, whether that means testing new ideas, launching new motions, or jumping into execution yourself. What You’ll Bring Proven ability to drive enterprise pipeline. 5-8 years of experience in demand generation, growth, or pipeline-focused marketing roles A proven track record of driving pipeline, not just managing channels Experience running ABM or highly targeted go-to-market campaigns Comfort working across multiple channels, including paid, events, outbound, and email Strong execution skills and the ability to move from idea to live campaign quickly Confidence working closely with sales and engaging with prospects when needed A highly ownership-driven mindset with a bias toward action Strong judgment on where to invest time, budget, and effort for the greatest pipeline impact The Extras We Love Experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments Experience selling into financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries Experience working with agencies or external partners Familiarity with sales-led or hybrid GTM motions Experience building pipeline programs from scratch #J-18808-Ljbffr Notch
