Work Environment

Our practice operates in a dynamic outpatient office setting, where collaboration and patient-centered care are at the forefront of our approach. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary team, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and evidence-based practices to deliver exceptional therapeutic services. Your primary hours will be Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours each week, providing a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively evaluate and assess patients referred by physicians to determine individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment programs that encompass a diverse range of specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining a positive clinic atmosphere and supporting overall operational effectiveness.
• Engage actively with the clinical team to enhance patient outcomes through collaboration and shared knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Administer skilled therapeutic care in accordance with physician guidelines, utilizing various procedures and techniques to improve patients' conditions and functions.
• Conduct patient education and training sessions for both clients and caregivers, equipping them with the necessary skills to support ongoing recovery.
• Aim to meet minimum utilization goals and contribute to achieving other business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, managing cases that span multiple specialties. Our clinic serves individuals who are navigating recovery from various injuries, chronic conditions, and rehabilitative needs. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program is required.
• Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) must be held.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy.
• Possession of a current CPR certification.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging with patients and colleagues.
• Proficient in word processing and familiar with electronic health record systems to ensure accurate documentation and patient tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong rapport with patients, fostering trust and a collaborative therapeutic relationship.
• A commitment to positively impacting the community and enhancing patient experiences.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in specialized areas such as pediatric or neurological therapy is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Previous involvement in community engagement or patient advocacy initiatives is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
