Key Responsibilities

Your impactful responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to identify functional limitations and disabilities.

• Providing ongoing consultations to healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for patients.
• Delivering patient education and engagement strategies to empower individuals and their families during the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role primarily involves working with individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and various neuromuscular conditions. Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
