Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse population of individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, substance use issues, and developmental disabilities. Our telehealth model allows us to extend our services to individuals who may face barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy, including geographical isolation and mobility constraints. As a result, your role is crucial in bridging these gaps and fostering recovery-oriented support within our community.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required, with specific focus on counseling or therapy.

• An independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is mandatory for this position.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth setting or working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a hire-on bonus, we provide various incentives, including monthly productivity bonuses, ongoing professional development opportunities, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
