Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy across a diverse client base, guiding them through various emotional and psychological challenges.

• Documenting client sessions comprehensively and submitting progress notes in a timely manner to ensure accurate records.

• Managing client appointments effectively by scheduling ongoing sessions and maintaining an organized calendar.

• Utilizing external billing services to streamline the administrative side of your practice, including managing claims, insurance verification, and payment plans.

• Adapting therapeutic techniques to address the varying clinical presentations presented by clients, ensuring individualized care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a wide range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and families, within the hospice context. You will be instrumental in providing emotional support and therapy to those navigating significant life transitions, including end-of-life issues. Your expertise as a licensed clinical social worker will empower you to create tailored intervention strategies designed to enhance the emotional resilience and overall mental health of your clients.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, with bonus opportunities available. Our therapists are compensated at an hourly rate, and as a W2 employee, you will benefit from several perks:
