Administrative Assistant Medina, NY, US We are seeking a full-time Center Standards Officer/Manager Assistant who can performs complex administrative tasks. Responsibilities Type business letters, memorandums, reports, charts, e-file documents on a computer. Compose and prepare routine correspondence for signature. Establish and maintain confidential files and records. Maintain calendar and schedule appointments; send and receive mail and faxes; follow up on dates for action items. Maintain student incentives system. Oversee the Student Government. Pull student termination records and files in Data Integrity Department. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. Operate office machines and instruct others in their operation. Assist in student accountability and behavior management. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Compensation is based on experience. Three years work‑related experience. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
