Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide psychotherapy, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to formulate and execute comprehensive, client-centered treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring immediate support and safety planning for clients in distress.
