Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous live video, ensuring clients receive personalized care tailored to their specific emotional and psychological needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers from Brightside to ensure a comprehensive approach to client treatment, enhancing the continuity and effectiveness of care.
\n
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and treatment progress measures to develop, monitor, and adjust individualized treatment plans throughout the client's journey.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our innovative therapist portal, which simplifies paperwork and allows for more focus on client interactions.
\n
• Engage in regular consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team for professional support and guidance, helping you to navigate complex cases and enhance your skills.
\n
• Provide psychotherapy to individuals aged 13 and up, as well as couples, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.
\n
• Maintain a commitment to measurement-based care, ensuring that client treatment is grounded in measurable outcomes and continual improvement.
\n
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and all compliance protocols to safeguard client confidentiality and health information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse client population, including adolescents aged 13 and older and adults seeking support for a variety of emotional and relational difficulties. Your role is crucial in providing a safe and respectful environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and work towards their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• An active State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
