Overview Senior Accountant | $100K–$110K + Bonus | Pennsylvania HYBRID Private Equity-backed organization hiring Senior Accountant driven by organization’s growth. Help build scalable accounting processes while gaining exposure to acquisitions, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives, consolidations and more! Responsibilities Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial reporting Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Perform complex account reconciliations and journal entries Assist with consolidated financial reporting and financial analysis Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and automation Support acquisition due diligence, purchase accounting, and post-acquisition integrations Partner with leadership on special projects and strategic finance initiatives Qualifications 4+ years Accounting experience + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Experience w/ GAAP, general ledger accounting, and month-end close Public accounting, or Private equity or startup / high-growth environments Percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting Benefits Significant visibility, hands on Accounting/Finance + growth potential Opportunity to support acquisitions and business integration initiatives Exposure to process improvement, automation, and finance transformation Strong work/life balance - 40–45-hour work week #J-18808-Ljbffr firstPRO, Inc
