Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders while maintaining a case load that includes assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy.

• Conduct initial screenings, evaluations, and follow-up assessments, ensuring they are brief, evidence-based, and appropriate for the developmental stage of the client.

• Develop comprehensive, integrated care plans in collaboration with families and other service providers to facilitate coordinated care and robust support networks for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies to provide focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services that empower clients to achieve their mental health goals.

• Engage in crisis intervention to assist clients as needed, applying a trauma-informed approach to ensure safety and efficacy in any intervention.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans based on individual needs and responses to therapy, ensuring that client feedback shapes their care.

• Document all interactions and therapeutic sessions accurately and promptly, including timely completion of reports and data submissions to ensure compliance and continuity of care protocols.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring coverage for urgent client needs.
