As a mental health counselor at Bright Rehab and Counseling Center, you will work in a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic remote environment. Our counselors enjoy flexible work hours while adhering to a structured weekly schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for individuals seeking substance use disorder treatment to identify their specific needs, triggers, and recovery goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting them as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Deliver individual counseling sessions, utilizing effective modalities such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to foster insight and promote behavioral change.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions focused on peer support, encouraging participants to openly share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of integrated care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during substance-related emergencies, ensuring that clients receive immediate and appropriate care.

• Educate clients and their families about addiction, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them throughout the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health and addiction counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals grappling with substance use disorders, including alcohol and drug addiction. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A current and valid licensure in the state of Washington as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PSYD.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
