Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for individuals seeking substance use disorder treatment, evaluating their needs, strengths, and recovery goals.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions employing therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to enhance client engagement and success.

• Work in coordination with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses both mental health and substance use challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• A valid clinical license in the state of Washington as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or PSYD is mandatory.

• Comprehensive understanding of substance use disorders and solid knowledge of recovery-oriented practices.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
