Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to identify their mental health challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy sessions, including individual counseling and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances and strengths.

• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary to enhance outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with state regulations and internal policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest research, methodologies, and innovations in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist within our organization, you will work with diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Your expertise will be essential in addressing a range of issues, such as relationship problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• Fully licensed and credentialed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
