This position is predominantly remote, enabling you to practice from the comfort of your own space while still providing exceptional care. You will interact with clients through secure video conferencing platforms, and periodically engage in in-person sessions at our outpatient office if necessary. You will have access to the necessary tools and technologies, including advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems, to facilitate efficient assessment and documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews, standardized assessments, and clinical observations.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities suited to individual client needs.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring consistent follow-up and modification of treatment plans based on client progress.

• Equip clients with coping strategies and resources necessary to manage their conditions, while also facilitating access to additional healthcare providers when necessary.

• Document client progress accurately within our EHR system, adhering to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines required by our practice and state regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to comprehensive care strategies and participating in case reviews to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of patients facing various issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your therapeutic expertise will help clients navigate their mental health challenges, fostering resilience and recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess a current and valid state license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to practice independently.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
