Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with couples, as well as individual sessions to address the needs of each family member.

• Facilitate therapy sessions focusing on a variety of complex issues including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Develop tailored treatment plans aimed at alleviating familial issues and fostering healthy relationships.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients towards positive outcomes.
\n
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to therapeutic interventions as necessary.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance professional development and treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will impact a diverse range of clients, including adults and child/adolescent populations. You will specialize in addressing various complexities within family dynamics, such as:

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following credentials:
