This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a strong connection with clients through telehealth platforms and virtual meetings. However, our practitioners may occasionally meet in-person at our outpatient office in Paterson to address specific client needs or to participate in collaborative team meetings. We utilize advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and enhance communication among team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status to identify areas for intervention and support.

• Develop tailored therapeutic plans that address each client’s unique needs, incorporating evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally responsive approaches to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all clients.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment plans based on their evolving needs and therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. This position allows you to apply your clinical skills to support individuals from varying backgrounds, assisting them in overcoming personal challenges and achieving mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a clinical setting focused on direct patient care.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with a varied clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
