Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, leading to the formulation of personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using a range of evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to promote clients' emotional and psychological well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary for optimal results.

• Provide teletherapy services for clients who may require virtual sessions due to geographical or personal constraints, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of each client's progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision, allowing you to continuously enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license in the state of Arizona as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a doctoral degree in psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
