Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs and establish appropriate treatment interventions.

• Perform diagnostic assessments and gather case histories to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide ongoing therapy and therapeutic support.

• Maintain a caseload of clients, providing continuous support and monitoring of their progress through regular check-ins and therapy sessions.

• Conduct and complete detailed case consultations and collaborate with other professionals to optimize treatment strategies.

• Document and maintain accurate case records in compliance with agency standards and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of client information.

• Recognize changes in clients’ progress and recommend necessary revisions to treatment plans or alternative interventions when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals navigating mood disorders, including depression and anxiety. Many of our clients come from diverse backgrounds, necessitating sensitivity and adaptability in your approach. You will work closely with clients of various ages and demographics, deeply engaging with their needs to provide tailored and effective support.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Must have at least three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• Candidates should hold current state licensing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrable ability to establish and maintain professional rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds is essential.
