Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, adjusting your approach to meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual communication or face accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive uninterrupted support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation to meet ethical standards and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, preserving the integrity of client records.

• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and peer consultations, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated empathy and a compassionate, non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ challenges.
