Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional - (Arabic-Farsi) VA Contract R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals like you to expand our network in McLean or Tysons and surrounding areas in Virginia. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event. We are looking to expand our Network of Farsi and Arabic Speaking Consultants in your area. Advantages of being an Independent Consultant for R3C include: Comprehensive crisis response training Flexible schedule, work on case-by-case basis Simple electronic reporting via our mobile app Requirements Independently licensed in the State of Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist) Minimum of a master's degree in mental health Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
