Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing your therapeutic skills to improve clients' mental health and overall well-being.

• Facilitate meaningful conversations with clients, encouraging them to express their emotions and experiences to gain deeper insight into their lives.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in solution-focused methodologies and your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be pre-screened, stable adults who are experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. This means you will not be managing cases of severe mental health crises, allowing you to focus on providing effective care to individuals seeking support and guidance in navigating their daily challenges. Additionally, we ensure that the clients you work with are aligned with your specialties and demographic preferences, enhancing the therapeutic relationship and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold a valid and unrestricted license to practice as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited/provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates must have no past disciplinary actions.
