Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to create individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique mental health needs, ensuring an evidence-based approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, therapists will work with a diverse range of clients, including but not limited to individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. This multicultural clientele often includes varying age groups and backgrounds, necessitating a nuanced understanding of the cultural, social, and economic factors that may affect mental health. Therapists will be equipped to deliver culturally competent care that respects and embraces the diversity of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a fundamental requirement.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or the equivalent field is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop rapport and a therapeutic alliance with clients through virtual interactions.

• Empathy and a deep understanding of mental health challenges, empowering you to provide sensitive and client-centered care.

• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and juggle client needs in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
