Director, Global Legal & Compliance

A leading construction brand is seeking a Director, Legal to oversee its legal affairs and provide guidance on corporate and regulatory matters. This role requires extensive corporate legal experience and strong leadership skills. The Director will manage external counsels, compliance, and litigation while collaborating with senior management. Candidates must have a Juris Doctorate, Bar membership, and significant in-house experience, with the ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
