Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' specific concerns and strengths, facilitating the development of individualized treatment plans that promote healing and progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual therapy sessions, adapting modalities to fit the unique needs of each client. This may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or other approaches tailored to improve client outcomes.

• Set mutually agreed-upon therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal effectiveness.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions, meeting their needs while maintaining the highest standards of care and confidentiality.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring seamless communication within the practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and utilizing peer supervision to stay informed about the latest mental health practices and augment your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adults and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and related mental health challenges. You will be equipped to offer tailored support, assisting them in navigating their personal journeys towards wellness and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Arizona as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of effective therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and support.

• A demonstrated capacity for empathy and a non-judgmental approach when working with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
