Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough cardiovascular assessments, including detailed patient histories, physical examinations, and risk factor evaluation to effectively diagnose heart conditions.
• Provide comprehensive patient education around managing heart health, medication adherence, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care strategies that empower patients to take control of their health journey.
• Monitor patient progress consistently, maintaining accurate records and adjusting treatment plans collaboratively with cardiologists based on individual patient needs and responses to therapy.
• Participate actively in both inpatient and outpatient care, conducting follow-up appointments, leading discharge planning processes, and ensuring patients have the resources needed for successful management post-visit.

Qualifications
