Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our hospital facility in Riverhead, NY, a vibrant town known for its rich community spirit and emphasis on health and wellness. The position entails regular work hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with some flexibility for evening clinics extending to 8:00 p.m. Participation in community outreach events and health fairs may be required, especially on some weekends. Expect to work approximately 40 hours per week in a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment where teamwork is paramount.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for patients, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide your clinical decisions.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, emphasizing preventive care and health promotion tailored to individual patient needs.
• Develop and implement customized health education initiatives in partnership with local organizations, addressing common community health concerns.
• Provide culturally competent healthcare and advocate for patients' rights, ensuring access to necessary services and resources.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
