Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, which includes formulating clinical diagnoses and collaborating with clients on their treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, couple, and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records as required by ethical and legal standards, including documenting assessment results, progress notes, and treatment plans.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other members of the healthcare team to offer comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse populations facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By understanding the unique cultural backgrounds and experiences of each client, you can provide interventions that are sensitive and relevant to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills that enable you to identify and address client needs effectively.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating your ability to work in a clinical setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
