Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Diamond Behavioral Health Center, you will:

• Utilize therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to enhance the quality and coordination of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing complex mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
