This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide essential counseling services from the comfort of your home while ensuring the well-being of your clients. You will be part of an outpatient service model, connecting with clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological and emotional well-being, identifying their needs and formulating personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver counseling services through telehealth, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to offer integrated care, ensuring positive outcomes for clients.

• Educate team members about client psychosocial stressors and develop strategies for addressing these challenges comprehensively.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training opportunities and staying informed about the latest developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. You will be expected to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity in your approach, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• Proven experience in mental health counseling, with a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and client engagement strategies.

• Experience working in telehealth settings and familiarity with virtual counseling methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n
