Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify developmental delays and needs in children under three years old.
\n
• Lead the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring active involvement from families and stakeholders.
\n
• Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists and educators, to monitor and evaluate outcomes, adjusting intervention strategies as needed.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and education to families, empowering them with tools and strategies to enhance their child’s learning and development.
\n
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation in compliance with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
\n
• Develop strong rapport with children, families, and team members to foster a nurturing learning environment beneficial for child development.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities or delays. You will be instrumental in guiding families through the early intervention process, helping them access necessary resources and support to aid their child’s development in those critical early years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A current driver's license to facilitate travel to family homes when necessary.
\n
• Ability to confidently adapt to various learning styles and treatment modalities, addressing the unique needs of each child and family.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings.

• A demonstrated commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices, promoting developmental progress through everyday interactions.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate effective intervention plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
