Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments with clients to identify their mental health concerns, strengths, and resources for recovery.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting specific goals and interventions that align with evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive holistic, coordinated care tailored to their needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning for clients as required, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards by documenting client interactions, treatment plans, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
