Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing standardized tools and personalized interviews to identify their mental health needs, social factors, and specific treatment objectives.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans, ensuring timely coordination with emergency services when required.

• Act as an advocate for clients, helping them navigate access to essential services, educational opportunities, and community resources while ensuring their rights are upheld.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to legal, ethical, and best practice standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Compass Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
