Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions, providing therapeutic support to women aged 35-55, focusing on anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and aspirations of each client, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches and methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create effective treatment strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans while providing ongoing encouragement and support to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, facilitating referrals to specialists when additional assistance is required, thereby ensuring holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
