Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while remaining engaged with a supportive team. Our standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which promotes a work-life balance. You will have access to modern telehealth technology to conduct virtual therapy sessions and maintain seamless communication with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the symptoms related to mood disorders, focusing on frequency, intensity, and duration of challenges faced by clients.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring that each plan aligns with their personal goals and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting strategies to meet client needs.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will also provide support to vulnerable populations, including homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse, facilitating their access to valuable mental health resources and support systems.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
