Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct supportive individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each patient, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment.

• Observe and document patient interactions accurately, recording progress towards treatment goals using electronic health record systems, ensuring thoroughness and clarity.

• Orient patients and their families to our telehealth processes, ensuring they understand the therapeutic journey ahead.

• Assist patients with personal needs, providing crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring patient safety and emotional well-being.

• Write clear and concise progress notes by the end of each shift, ensuring they reflect the patient’s treatment developments and align with departmental standards.

• Advocate for your assigned patients, navigating mental health resources on their behalf to promote access to needed services.

• Recognize and report any changes in patient behavior that could indicate a shift in their mental health status, while demonstrating knowledge of warning signs related to aggressive behavior.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is essential.
