Key Responsibilities\n

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health statuses through virtual consultations.

• Collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans that address patients’ specific mental health needs.

• Regularly monitoring patients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Providing referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, when medication or additional services are needed.

• Maintaining detailed clinical documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient progress and treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of related clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
