Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatment progress and adjustments to care plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other therapists, to ensure holistic and integrated patient care.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to share insights, discuss challenging cases, and remain informed about new developments in the field of mental health.

• Stay engaged in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and seeking certification in specialized therapeutic techniques as appropriate.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
