This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to work flexibly while maintaining a balanced professional and personal life. You will collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, through virtual platforms to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, developing a clear understanding of their unique challenges and needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans focused on the specific goals and preferences of each client, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, the therapeutic process, and self-care strategies, empowering them with knowledge and tools to cope effectively.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to reflect changing needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated care approaches for clients requiring medication management.

Qualifications\n
